About the role
We are seeking a VP of MSP with proven leadership experience at the VP or Senior Director level in MSP/MSSP partner management, ideally within a high-growth cybersecurity company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly within MSP/MSSP ecosystems, and the ability to lead and inspire high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive global growth and success of our MSP partner ecosystem.
• Develop and execute strategies for expanding and engaging MSP and MSSP partner networks, including setting partner criteria and success metrics.
• Cultivate and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with MSP and MSSP partners, acting as a strategic advisor.
• Collaborate on the implementation of MSP partner programs, including creating sales resources, delivering training, and supporting joint go-to-market strategies.
• Define, monitor, and optimize key performance metrics for MSP and MSSP partner programs, driving continuous improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, product management, and engineering to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
• Represent the company as a thought leader in the MSP and MSSP communities, participating in industry events and forums to share insights and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven VP or Senior Director-level leadership in MSP/MSSP partner management, ideally within a high-growth cybersecurity company.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly within MSP/MSSP ecosystems.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across functions, inspiring high-performance teams.
• Experience with diverse customer segments (SMB to enterprise) and partner acquisition.
• Skilled in managing geographically dispersed teams.
• Established executive relationships within national and regional partner communities.
• Strong track record in driving operational excellence and ROI.
• Experience in building and scaling partner bases, with knowledge of distribution methodologies.
