DPP is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team!

What We Do

We find and place IT professionals with incredible opportunities at innovative and cutting-edge opportunities, primarily in the Southeast.

What You Will Be Doing

• Source, screen, and interview technical candidates.
• Use applicant tracking system to manage the recruitment process.
• Place candidates in long term positions and maintain relationships throughout their career.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong desire to deliver the best candidate experience.
• Must be self motivated with a desire to dictate your own success!
