##Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related
##3+ Years of Service Delivery or Project Management experience
##2+ years of experience in a team leading role
##Customer service, resource planning, strong teamwork, and quality control skills.
##Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
##Leadership and negotiation skills
##Professional english proficiency
--responsibilities==You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
##Accountable for teams ongoing deliveries (ensure the team have all the resources they need to deliver high quality)
##Building and maintaining positive and great relationships with customers and improve customer satisfaction
##Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery 
##Managing budgets for each team
##Achieve the goals set by the client, aligning the team with established goals and requirements
##Critical support in the people development and well being focus in each team (Team morale, career progress, workload, etc)
##Managing conflict and identify team improvements, deliver feedback and establish action plans
##Receive and solve client’s concerns and inquiries, ask for feedback and develop action plans
##Ensure effective communication between the parts (different teams, applaudo areas, client)
##Identify, communicate and help to get new business opportunities
##Manage expectations and raise the hand when expectations are out of our capacity
