The Team

Our Talent & Organization (T&O) Agile practice within Infosys Consulting helps some of the largest global firms solve their biggest challenges and thus becomes a key part of the clients’ transformation journey. T&O provides agile transformation and delivery expertise to enable organisations to adopt and embed new ways of working and realise the benefits of real organisational agility throughout the clients’ business. The Role

• Lead and manage agile transformation engagements at team, solution, portfolio and enterprise levels
• Lead and manage Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
• Lead and manage Lean Portfolio Management engagement
• Assume ownership for client deliverables and manage individual and team utilization to ensure that engagement deliverables are generated in a timely manner
• Establish, develop and maintain long-term relationships with C-level clients

• Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and lead and mentor other consultants within the T&O practice
• Drive sales revenue by proactively seeking new opportunities in client accounts
• Contribute to T&O thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools. 

Requirements

We are looking for Agile transformation and delivery professionals with previous consulting, industry or contracting experience.

• 10+ years of Agile delivery and transformation experience

• Experienced in Business and Consulting with established expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management
• Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g. SAFe Program Consultant; SAFe Agilist)
• Experience of creating, developing and managing and Agile centre of excellence/enablement
• Proven record of coaching and influencing C-suite business leaders 
• Proven business development experience including pipeline management and RFP proposal creation.
