About the Position

This position is primarily responsible for assisting in Accounts Payable and in Accounts Receivable.

Key Duties

• Post Cash Receipts for GHI into AOD.
• Processes accounts payable invoices; serve as backup for AP Coordinator.
• Performs the monthly reconciliation of the cash receipts in AOD.
• Scan and index files in Docuware for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Medical Claims and Payroll.
• Maintain files for Finance department using established archival filing system.

Job Requirements

• Associate Degree in accounting and/or prior accounting experience required (1 years)
• Intermediate Excel & Word Skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work tasks and meet required deadlines 
• Ability to complete work thoroughly and accurately, utilizing approved systems of checks and balances
• Ability to communicate and work professionally with peers
