Genuent is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics Developer for our direct client in McAllen, TX. This will be a fully remote position with the potential of covered travel 1-3 times a year to Texas or New Mexico. Microsoft Dynamics Developer
- Fully remote position with the potential of covered travel 1-3 times a year to Texas or New Mexico

Essential Functions:

Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom integrations using AppSource connectors with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
Implement and customize Dynamics modules
Build end points to integrate with Dynamics
Work with Development team, Business Analysts, and Business users to produce software solutions
Manage Dynamics Life Cycle Services
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Write technical documentation
Write unit test plans and complete repeatable test scenarios to support validation of business requirements
Participate in technical design and code review, development, testing, debugging, implementation, and maintenance of new project initiatives
Identify and escalate issues affecting system performance to IT leaders in a timely manner
Follow coding standards and best practices
Create and follow timelines associated with projects
Communicate project status(s) within IT and to team lead
Ability to work and collaborate within a team as well as communicate with IT team and internal business community as applicable

Education and Experience:

Bachelor of Science Degree in relevant technology degree program or prior extensive professional experience in a similar role in lieu of degree
2+ Years of Experience in a continuous deployment and continuous integration environment
5+ years of experience as a software developer with Dynamics 365 F&O and its predecessors
Microsoft Certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics F&O, API's, and AppSource connectors
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Strong attention to detail with a focus on providing high quality deliverables
Strong understanding of coding and technical documentation standards as well as best practice
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to accurately track time spent on project work and manage multiple priorities
Able to work efficiently with a team as well as independently
Salary commensurate with experience
