Inbox Business Technologies, a leading retail company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring efficient and effective processes and providing excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for supervising store staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Additionally, you will monitor sales performance, implement store policies, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked
  • Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
  • Implement store policies and procedures
  • Handle customer inquiries, and complaints, and provide a high level of customer service
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize sales
  • Conduct regular store inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
  • To Monitor and Manage stock/inventory Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
  • To issue stock for production
  • To generate GRN against upcoming inventory items.
  • all other required to maintain inventory and keep the things up to date for regular audit.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred
