Belmond is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor at The Cadogan to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, as well as supervising the housekeeping team.
Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff.
- Training and mentoring new housekeeping employees.
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of housekeeping supplies.
- Handling and resolving guest concerns and complaints.
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
We are looking for candidates with previous housekeeping experience in a supervisory role. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
