We are looking for a Sous Chef for the next season (spring/summer 2024) to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She will Report to the Executive Chef.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Assisting the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen brigade and in creating and preparing menus
- Coordinating food production and controlling food quality, taste and presentation of dishes
- Ensuring adherence to all health, safety and security procedures
- Collaborating with all F&B departments: Restaurant, Banqueting, Room Service, Bar Compliance with quality and service standards

Other requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role in a fine dining restaurant (Michelin star is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Flexibility and excellent efficiency in working under pressure
