• Provides program management and thought leadership across all functional areas including organization design/transformation, process improvement, and requirements management
• Manages all workstreams utilizing a PMI PMBOK aligned methodology ensuring team collaboration, transparency, and high-quality, on-schedule delivery
• Serves as point of contact for Government COR and PM
• Provides administrative management for project team members (e.g., timesheet reviews, performance reviews)
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Leads or supports intellectual capital development, business development, proposals and marketing efforts related to area of expertise and/or client as requested

• 8 years of experience structuring and leading management consulting workstream or projects and mentoring team members
• 5 years of experience with organization design/transformation, process improvement, and/or change management for State or Federal Government agencies
• Ability to provide oversight, thought leadership and management across multiple workstreams; Ability to provide hands-on support across organization design/transformation, process improvement, and/or change management functional areas
• Ability to identify, break down, and solve problems through rigorous thinking and analysis
• Ability to synthesize clear takeaways and recommendations from complex information and package them into defensible, traceable, and logical outputs
• Ability to work with minimal oversight while juggling multiple priorities across projects and internal priorities, including marketing, proposals, and business development
• Ability to thrive in highly ambiguous, high operational-tempo environments, paying strict attention to detail, and conducting rigorous open-source research and analysis
• Ability to create high-quality presentations and reports rapidly with sound horizontal and vertical logic for multiple levels of audiences, including executives, managers, and analysts
• Ability to communicate and present effectively and in a logical, structured manner with all audiences, including senior executives

• Demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity organization functions and experience supporting cyber security entities  
• Experience advising a workstream or team using Prosci, LaMarsh, Kotter, change management methodologies, Star model, Nadler-Tushman Congruence Model, or other organizational design methodologies

• Must have an Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or at least 10 years of Project Management or Workstream Leadership experience

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

• Must have the use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public using the telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear, handle or feel objects and controls. Physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment, such as, but not limited to a, personal computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine. No significant climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America. Sponsorship will not be a part of this contract
• Must successfully complete a Blue Sky and customer background screening

• Work hours are generally between the hours of 8:00 AM ET and 5:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays). However, there may be occasions when the contractor will be required to work other than normal business hours, including weekends and holidays.
