The Role
At Stratpoint, we’re aware that continued business growth and relevance require companies to invest in their digital acceleration– and, it is our mission to help organizations execute their digital strategy. That’s why we are looking for a qualified Business Development Manager (BDM) to extend our reach through professional and creative nurturing of new, untapped business opportunities and relationships for the Philippine and international markets (U.S. and Asia-Pacific).
We are currently seeking BDMs to manage the existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities for our 5 enterprise services— software services, cloud, data, AI/ML, and quality assurance. Each new hire will be assigned to a specific business service as their domain and territory. Some travel may be needed for this role for events, conferences, and client meetings.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced B2B sales professional who can be trusted to dive right into a customer-centric/consultative selling approach and learn the ins and outs of the company. The ideal candidate can confidently manage a healthy and strong sales pipeline from generating their own leads to closing deals. This role also requires the BDM to prospect & further, qualify and nurture leads. Success in this role will be measured through the number of opportunities won. BDM’s are paid a base pay + commission.

You will be reporting directly to the business unit head for your assigned territory. You will work alongside other BDM’s. A pre-sales manager will assist in crafting your proposals.
We work closely with our business partners, the household brands in technology, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Confluent, and Outsystems.
