Responsibilities
Support the PACE transformation enabling cross channel messaging
Drive the POC to integrate PageFlex into SFMC for email messaging and replacement of send grid.
Identify how to leverage the Cloud Direct - Custom Journey Builder Activity - to send Direct Mail to RRD and identify if there are any connection / cost implications for integration.
Ensure data flows are accounted for and all message sends flow to Smarsh (Client compliant storage)
Support the Advice team with Campaign Automation efforts / increase speed to market for campaign delivery
Dependent on direction from leadership - support for external team or upskilling of PACE team
As the direction for Adobe tool utilization is determined, provide support to move Journey Optimizer RFP forward
Assist in the migration of campaigns from existing UNICA tool to Adobe CDP / SFMC
Qualifications
Leverage experience with Adobe and Salesforce Marketing tools such as Adobe Experience Platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to evaluate and make capability recommendations as a part of IT team
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups within Martech and partners internal and external to Vanguard
Ability to lead workshops to gather input, define requirements, and document product scope details
Ability to analyze the capabilities of tools, processes, and skillsets required to support related MarTech program work
Write product requirement documentation and contribute to technical implementation plans
Identify and communicate risks and impacts as well as propose risk mitigation options
Prepare and communicate effective status updates to stakeholders
