Tasks

ActioGlobal is Expanding, and We Need Doers.

If you've successfully set up profitable consulting units in new countries from day one, we're talking to you. We're not looking for mere strategists; we want action-oriented leaders who can get their hands dirty and make things happen on the ground.

We're Seeking:

  • Hands-On Expansion Expert: You've set up and run P&L-self sustaining consulting units in new markets, and you've done it well.
  • System Setter: Set up the whole show - sales, consulting, talent recruitment, and finance. No hand-holding.
  • Connection Guru: Bring your network of CEOs, VPs, GMs, and CHRO/HR Directors from sectors like FMCG, Food & Beverages, Digital, Sport Fashion, Retail, and Pharma to seal deals immediately in new regions.
  • Team Builder: Assemble, train, and lead. Ensure your teams hit the ground running and bring in profits from the get-go.
  • Sales Dynamo: Sales and client interactions aren't just tasks; they're your strengths. You're all about sealing the deal and ensuring growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Immediate Establishment: Open ActioGlobal units in new countries. Ensure they're profitable from day one.
  • Operational Setup: Swiftly put in place systems for sales, consulting, hiring, and finance in each new market.
  • Team Setup & Drive: Recruit and motivate teams in each country. They should be efficient and profit-driven from the start.
  • Networking for Deals: Use your industry contacts. Secure profitable partnerships and business as soon as we enter a new market.
  • Collaboration: Work with ActioGlobal's main team. Ensure alignment and swift execution.
  • Deliver Results: Each new unit should be growing and profitable. Ensure this happens without fail.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in establishing and running profitable consulting units in international markets from the outset.
  • Proven track record of setting up P&L self-sustaining units in multiple countries.

Operational Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly set up all operational facets, including sales, consulting, talent recruitment, and finance.
  • History of achieving profitability and growth from day one in newly established units.

Networking:

  • A strong, active network of high-level professionals including CEOs, VPs, GMs, and CHRO/HR Directors.
  • Established contacts in FMCG, Food & Beverages, Digital, Sport Fashion, Retail, and Pharma sectors.

Team Management:

  • Experience in recruiting, training, and leading high-performing teams in various countries.
  • Ability to ensure teams are performance-ready and align with company objectives from day one.

Sales Acumen:

  • Exceptional sales and client interaction skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and secure partnerships immediately upon entering a new market.

Collaboration:

  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with core teams to ensure alignment with a company's overarching vision and strategies.

Results-Oriented:

  • A history of consistent growth and profitability in each unit or team managed.
  • Must have a can-do attitude and a commitment to ensuring each unit's success without fail.

Language & Communication:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must; French and German are valued

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with international teams and clients.
