Tasks

As our Bartender, you'll be the heart of our bar area, crafting memorable experiences for our guests with your mixology skills, knowledge of beverages, and exceptional service. You'll play a key role in maintaining the quality and presentation of our drinks, managing inventory, and ensuring our bar operates smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to our standard recipes or customized requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage inventory and stock supplies, ensuring the bar is well-equipped.
• Collaborate with the team to create new drink recipes and menu offerings.
• Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender, with a solid understanding of mixology, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification from a reputable bartending school is a plus.
