🧑‍💼 Job Opportunity: Digital Acquisition Manager

We are actively seeking a dynamic Content and Copywriter Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping SolarMente's content strategy. In this position, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to redefine and execute our content approach. This role is not just a job; it's an opportunity to be at the forefront of content creation and witness the direct impact of your creativity and strategic thinking

🎖 Key Requirements

• Proven expertise in content creation and copywriting for both B2C audience, with a preference for experience in startup projects and/or established companies/brands.
• Strong background in marketing, communication, and project management is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, including managing external agencies
• Fluency in Spanish is a must, with proficiency in English (minimum B1 level).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, Journalism or related fields. However, we prioritize talent, experience, and motivation over a traditional CV.

🥅 Your Mission

• Lead, develop and execute comprehensive content and copywriting strategies to enhance brand visibility, acquisition and engagement
• Manage content creation across various digital platforms, including website, social media, and other relevant channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
• Align SEO strategies to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility
• Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine our content approach.

🏆 Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation and copywriting, preferably in roles focused on brand development, performance and engagement.
• Creative mindset, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to understand and adapt to the target audience
• Familiarity with content management platforms (CMS), analysis tools, and basic design and multimedia skills may be helpful.
