For this journey, we're searching for a Growth Analyst (m/w/d) to scale and make smart data decisions.

Tasks

What you'll be doing

In a nutshell: Analyze our data and improve our growth-engine by making smart data-driven decisions.

Function as the sparring partner to our Growth Lead, Performance Marketing Manager and CRM Specialist on both strategic and operational topics, in order to scale, professionalize and expand our existing fintech offering.

• Leading growth analysis and reporting with a focus on conversion, retention, and cross-monetization
• Set KPIs in collaboration with your team and track our progress
• Improve our In-App-Funnels for our different services (e.g. Mobile, Savings Tree, Family+)
• Create a better understanding for our families by building and maintaining cohorts
• Identify potential areas of growth across the entire company

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Growth and Data Experience within a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hyper-growth and vc-funded fintech company
• Passion for our product and mission
• Your SQL, BigQuery, Mixpanel and Excel skills are profound
• You are comfortable and have experience dealing with large volumes of data and a compley product infrastracture
• A creative, hands-on person with the ability to engage with anyone and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
• Fluency in German and English
• Residence in Berlin
