Marketing Manager

About the role:

You'll be at the forefront of our mission, driving the creation and distribution of engaging marketing campaigns that educate, inspire, and motivate our audience. You will be responsible for marketing execution and a key contributor to developing our strategy. Tasks

What you’ll do:

• Help develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate commercial interest.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives, such as events sponsoring, webinars, and customer engagement activities, to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
• Work closely with the sales, product, and customer teams to create engaging marketing materials, including case studies, testimonials, product demonstrations, and educational materials.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to co-create marketing initiatives to expand reach and impact in specific markets or industries.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities, using data to make informed decisions about future strategies and tactics.

Requirements

If you're a motivated Marketing Manager with a passion for startups and a knack for B2B marketing, we'd love to hear from you. In particular, we want to hear from you if:

• You have 3-4 years of experience in marketing, in a startup or scale-up environment.
• You’re fluent in German and English, with excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• You can demonstrate the ability to build relationships with customers and partners.
• You have good project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a solid grasp of marketing data, enabling you to identify key insights necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and campaigns
• You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• You have an interest in sustainability
