Tasks
- Managing the operation team's processes
- Managing projects relate to automating the company's financial process (invoice, report, credit limit and accounts receivable control, integration with accounting system, payment distribution, and others)
- Managing the information security documentation system and related projects
- Managing technical support for infrastructure BSS/OSS systems (billing, accountant, data centers
- Managing the technical maintenance process of the company's corporate websites
Requirements
- Work experience in a leading position in IT not less than 3 years, preferable in the sphere of telecommunications or software development.
- Practical experience in the field of managing operational activities and project management.
- Experience in automating financial processes of the company
- Experience in organizing cross-team project
- Experience working in telecommunications company
- Experience working or managing with ERP, BI, Billing, Accountant systems
- Knowledge of software development process methodology
- Knowledge of standards and requirements ISO/IEC 27001:2015:2022
- Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate, as the company has several countries of presence.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Cologne, Düsseldorf, or Riga.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of standard and requirements ISO 9001:2015
