Aufgaben
- Contacting German authorities for official and regulatory formalities.
- Independently handle all administrative and organizational tasks associated with the secretarial role.
- Oversee the scheduling, preparation, and coordination of all appointments and meetings.
- Create and manage sales-relevant documents such as proforma invoices, packing lists, and more.
- Organize the shipping and logistics of goods.
- Prepare essential export documents.
- Continuously identify, evaluate, and establish connections with new suppliers.
Qualifikation
- Proficiency in both German and English communication (oral and written).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on persuasion and sales aptitude.
- Collaborative team player.
- Solid understanding of international trade nuances, including Incoterms, shipping, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
