YOUR CHALLENGE

As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you will establish and strengthen relationships with macro influencers within our international markets. You will use your communication and negotiation skills as well as your passion for Instagram and other social media channels to work with us to increase sales and build a world-class brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performance enhancement: By scouting and building relationships with influencers, you will drive traffic and sales for JUNIQE
• Portfolio management: Based on solid prerequisites, you identify strong performing influencers to expand JUNIQE's influencer portfolio
• Relationship management: You manage a high volume of collaborations with influencers, from contacting and negotiating to posting and analysing performance
• Raising awareness: You help increase JUNIQE's brand awareness to become the leading online shop for inspiring home accessories and personalised products
• Analysis: You monitor and analyse the performance of influencer collaborations in terms of ROI, reach, engagement and community growth and transform these analytical insights into innovative concepts and ideas
• Strategy: You are responsible for the strategic direction of influencer activities to ensure that everything is set for growth. You will also provide support with Organic Social.
• Team coordination: You encourage all team colleagues to work independently to maximise efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have at least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing and have a deep understanding of the mechanisms of online marketing and social media trends.
• You have a degree in business administration, e-commerce or a comparable field of study
• You are confident in using relevant tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Meta Business Manager, Collabry and Google Sheets/Excel.
• You enjoy your work, are innovative and results-orientated and are driven by verifying your creative work with data and figures.
• You have strong prioritisation, problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment with committed targets and deadlines.
• You are a real team player and are motivated, goal-orientated and always full speed ahead.
• Ideally, you have already gained some management experience.
• English is our office language and that's no problem for you. Preferably, you also have a good command of German.
