Your mission
Build marketing from scratch, create awareness about our brand and products. Define and implement our marketing strategy so that we help SMEs to grow their ventures.
Your role and contribution
As a Growth Hacker, you will take on a wide range of tasks in all marketing-relevant subject areas:
- Strategy: You develop communication and marketing strategies to increase the awareness and reach of our brand
- Content Creation: You create content about our brand and products for social media
- Paid Ads: You are responsible for planning, tracking, optimization of paid ads
- Analyze: You keep an eye on the success of channels and content, analyze the success of campaigns, optimize for better conversion and carry out regular monitoring
- Community Building & Management: You are significantly involved in community building and customer loyalty measures
- Trend scouting: You identify trends and innovative marketing approaches
- Hands-on: You can confidently implement some of the marketing activities yourself and set-up processes.
- Can't cover everything? No worries. You will be also managing freelancers and agencies, who will help you to set up the marketing team.
Your profile
- Native level of German and fluency in English
- Seasoned in B2B marketing, ideally within the financial sector
- 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing
- Strong empathy for small business owners
- Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Creative, resourceful, and always up for a challenge
- Willing to travel occasionally to Berlin and/or Eschborn
