Your role and contribution
As our Senior Marketing Strategist, you'll be the mastermind behind our marketing strategy, being hands-on, shaping our brand, and catapulting our presence in the market. Here's how you'll make waves:
- Craft and Execute: Develop a winning marketing strategy aligned with our goals. Your creativity will shape our identity and ensure our message resonates across all channels.
- Collaborate for Impact: Team up with executives and the broader squad to align marketing efforts with our grand mission. Your ability to weave together different perspectives is crucial for achieving cross-functional harmony.
- Expand and Engage: Drive initiatives to broaden our market reach. Identify target audiences and launch campaigns that speak to SMEs. Your toolbox includes performance marketing, content creation, and social media wizardry.
- Storytelling: Create content that captivates and communicates our value proposition. Your narratives will echo our mission, establishing us as industry authorities and fueling engagement.
- Data-Driven: Leverage data insights to make informed decisions. Your analytical prowess will optimize strategies, ensuring a bang for the buck and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Your profile
- Fluent (C2) in German and English
- Seasoned in B2B marketing within the financial sector
- 2+ years experience in German Content and Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Strong empathy for small business owners
- Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Creative, resourceful, and always up for a challenge
- Willing to travel occasionally to Berlin and/or Eschborn
