Senior Product Manager

We are Klim, a Berlin-based clean-tech company revolutionizing climate protection by scaling regenerative agriculture in Germany and Europe.

We have launched the world’s first digital platform for regenerative agriculture, which is already being utilized by thousands of farmers. By marketing the associated climate protection services to companies, primarily in the food industry, we provide financial compensation to farmers for their regenerative practices and offer high-quality advisory services.

Supported by leading investors, including Atlantic Food Labs, Ananda Impact Ventures, and AgFunder, we are now expanding our team and seeking a Senior Product Manager with experience to help us continually improve our digital product.

Tasks

In this role, you will work closely with our CPO and the rest of the product team to shape the future of our digital platform. You will have the opportunity to work on new features as well as improve existing functionalities of the platform.

Depending on your background and focus, your tasks could include:

• Understand the problems and needs of farmers and support them optimally in their switch to regenerative agriculture
• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with Klim's vision
• Create and manage the product roadmap for your squad
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams using various research methods to shape requirements and features
• Manage the product process in your squad: Coordinating between our engineering, design and agriculture teams and documenting requirements and changes on Jira
• Create new features & requirements from discovery to execution, in collaboration with the engineering and design teams
• Analyse and track product use and impact on end users

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role; startup experience preferred
• Excellent command of the English language; fluent German skills are preferred, particularly for user research purposes
• A strong interest in sustainability and agriculture - while prior knowledge in this field is not mandatory, a willingness to acquire knowledge about agriculture is expected
• Experience working in a data-driven environment and ideally experience with data-focused products (calculation models, remote sensing, recommendation models etc.)
• A creative and innovative mindset
• Interest to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Residence in Berlin or the ability to regularly commute to our office
