HR Intern (f/m/d)

We are looking for a HR Intern (f/m/d) to support our HR Operations team in all kinds of administrative tasks while constantly keeping an eye on the employee experience.

What you will do:

• You will support our HR Managers with all incoming requests from employees and leads
• You will assist with the creation of various HR documents like work contracts, contract amendments and relocation documents
• You will make sure the data in our HRIS is always up to date
• You will work with our HR Manager on further HR project
• You constantly follow the approach to improve our employee experience

Who you are:

• You are currently studying or recently finished your studies in a Human Resources related field
• You already had first touch points with HR topics
• You are service-driven, and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• You are passionate about embracing operational excellence and driving ongoing improvements
• You are a team player, eager to improve every day and acting proactively
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills
• You are fluent in English and German, verbally and in writing
