HR Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for an HR Manager who demonstrates a genuine passion for people, excels in supporting and guiding employees and leaders in HR matters, and possesses strong knowledge of HR processes, all while fostering an exceptional work environment.

What you will do:

• You will manage the whole employee lifecycle for your responsible areas from on- and offboarding as well as supporting and consulting employees and leads in all kinds of HR matters
• You will maintain HR data changes in our HRIS Personio while making sure our data quality is of a high standard
• You will execute HR projects and constantly optimize our HR processes
• You will manage and enhance employee benefits programs
• You will collaborate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees in Germany and other subsidiaries abroad
• You will handle confidential matters and personal employee data and topics with discretion and integrity; ensure compliance with relevant HR regulations
• You will build good relationships with external suppliers

Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or a related field
• You gained 2-4 years of relevant HR experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, ideally in a fast-growing technology working environment
• You are service-driven, and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• You are passionate about embracing operational excellence and driving ongoing improvements
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit - we have a lot to build!
• You are highly organized and experienced in working with HR software
• You gained fundamental labor law knowledge
• You are experienced in communicating with internal and external stakeholders e.g., government officials
• You are a team player, eager to improve every day and acting proactively
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills
• You are fluent in English and German, verbally and in writing
