Your Mission
As a working student in our people team, you will shape our company culture and help us grow our team by handpicking the best candidates for us. You will actively play a part in defining what it means to work at Predium and get our message out in the world.
Your Responsibilities
- You will work closely with our people team, supporting in a variety of topics from recruiting to employee
happiness
- You will own the recruiting process and guide candidates through our recruiting process
- You will support us by finding the best talent there is via Active Search
- You are shaping our culture by engaging every team member to bring in their unique personality
- You will get creative on employer branding topics and be a driving force in shaping the Predium brand
- You will help onboard new employees and help us make Predium the best employer there is
Your Profile
- You have first experiences in the field of people and talent, ideally in startups or scaleups
- You are studying in the field of Business Administration or similar
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy meeting remarkable candidates from around the world
- You are fluent in English and German
- You have stellar time and priority management abilities
- You have the desire to join a startup, take responsibility and move fast
- You are excited about solving climate change and eager to contribute to doing so on a high scale
