As our Head of People, you will drive our rapid expansion. You will be responsible for growing our team, attracting top talent, and fostering a high-performing culture. You will also be responsible for driving the growth and development of our team.
Your Responsibilities
- You will drive the growth and development of our team to support our scaling efforts
- You will develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- You will implement comprehensive people development programs, including training, performance management, and career progression initiatives
- You will oversee people operations, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant employment regulation
- You will provide guidance and mentorship to individual team members, fostering their growth and cultivating a positive work culture.
- You will collaborate cross-functionally with other leaders to align people strategies with business objectives
Your Profile
- You have 5-7 years of experience in scaling team within rapidly-growing B2B software companies
- You are capable of managing team expansions by data-driven decisions to align people strategies with company growth
- You have previously demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate team members.
- You operate on a hands-on approach, combining strategic thinking with operational execution, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- You speak fluent English and German
- You are excited about solving climate change and eager to contribute on a high scale
