As Senior Product Designer you will play a pivotal role in getting Flip to the next level, actively collaborating across R&D and the business.

You can expect to be embedded in one of our R&D Squads, and will own a part of the product, collaborate on our Design System, and consult _stakeholder_s and teams to ensure we deliver a world-class user experience that users love.

Tasks

Your responsibilities

• Own the solution space, from concept through to delivery
• Own the Flip mobile app and/or web app user experiences
• Be passionate about the overall Flip Experience, and maintain a roadmap for tackling UX debt
• Conduct user research and testing
• Champion the ongoing development and support of the Flip design system
• Support Product Management in the discovery and definition of the problem space
• Support other designers in the team and help Flipsters level-up

Requirements

What you need

• At least 5 years of product design (UX, UX/UI) experience
• Practical knowledge of native patterns and best practices for Android and iOS
• Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably Enterprise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate your solutions and design decisions to a cross-functional Squad
• Excellent design tool skills (we use Figma)
• Experience working in a hybrid / remote-first organisation
• English is a must - German would be nice to have 😊
