For our locations in Hannover and Berlin, we are looking for motivated Backend Developers (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start as soon as possible.
Tasks
- You develop and execute a strategic plan for the development and enhancement of our software solutions. Focus would be on outliningfeatures & capabilities related to the management and optimization of Microsoft 365 tenants, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- You translate governance policies that ensure compliance, security, and efficient utilization of Microsoft 365 services across the organizationinto features and capabilities for our software solution.
- You work closely with product management & software development teams to translate configuration management best practices into user-friendly software features.
- You work closely with engineering leaders, product management, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic recommendations on Microsoft 365 services.
- You build scripts in PowerShell to enable automated configuration of Microsoft 365tenant settings & policies.
Requirements
- You have a deep understanding of how settings & policies are managed within Microsoft 365 tenants in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- You are proficient in writing PowerShell scripts that communicate with and consume Microsoft Graph API.
- You have proven experience in overseeing the management of Microsoft 365 tenants in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- You own Microsoft 365 certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert is preferred.
- You are strong at strategic thinking and obtain planning skills with the ability to align Microsoft 365 initiatives with overall business objectives.
- You have excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues and drive continuous improvement.
