Deine Aufgaben

• As Digital Analyst you are responsible for the Tracking and Analytics of our digital products (both Web and Apps).
• You create tracking and measurement concepts, implement, and optimize the possibilities of data collection.
• You act as the primary contact to our departments (Product management, Marketing, Editorial) in all data collection matters and always ensure a high level of transparency regarding our KPIs.
• You ensure maintaining continuity in tracking by doing quality assurance & monitoring during every product release.
• You analyze usage behavior, design A/B tests, and actively communicate insights and suggestions to our stakeholders.

Dein Profil

• You have a degree in a technical field or a comparable qualification.
• You have solid experience in website tracking (Google Tag Manager) and app tracking (preferably Google firebase).
• You have working experience with reporting and visualization tools like GA4 and Tableau.
• You have experience in planning, monitoring, and analyzing A/B tests. (e.g. via Optimizely).
• You have experience in SQL. BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform knowledge is a plus.
• You understand the current challenges in tracking and are curious to learn new methods and platforms.
• You have an affinity for numbers and like to work independently.
• Very good English skills complete your profile.
