Social Media & Creative Strategist Intern/ Working Student

We're on the lookout for a creative mind to elevate our brand across digital platforms as a Social Media & Creative Strategist Intern or Working Student. If you're a passionate, creative storyteller with exceptional content creation skills - we want you to join our team.

Tasks

Content Creation:

• Get behind the camera / figma / photoshop / canva and create, and edit engaging multimedia content for our brand channels, including videos, graphics, user-generated content and most importantly copy.
• Collaborate with externals for creative and generate clear creative briefs for content and design teams.

Social Media Management:

• Operate our social channels by scheduling, posting, and analyzing content across platforms and engaging with our audience to foster a vibrant community.

Brand Design:

• Use design editing tools for visually appealing content ensuring a cohesive aesthetic in line with overall brand strategy and maintain design consistency across social channels.

Role Requirements

• 1+ years work experience in the field of Content Creation and/or Social Media Management at companies in the consumer space.
• Passionate about content creation with a personal portfolio or presence on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, demonstrating creativity and proficiency.
• Proficient in design & content editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong understanding of brand identity, content optimization and community building.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent English is a must, German a plus.
