Your future contribution:
As our product continues to evolve, we aim to set a new standard in the tourism industry by offering an exceptional user experience. In your capacity as a team lead, your primary focus will be to provide guidance and leadership to your team members, who will be responsible for direct interactions with our customers. Leveraging your business development expertise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team delivers top-notch support to our global customer base.
Your leadership within the Sales & Service team will involve guiding and mentoring your team members as they engage with both new and existing customers. Your primary objective is to ensure that your team effectively converts inbound leads from Free Trial users into active users who see the value in our software, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Additionally, you will oversee the support provided to our existing paying users, ensuring they can maximize the benefits and profitability of our product.
In essence, your role is centered around leading and guiding your team to deliver outstanding service and drive business growth. Your dedication to excellence will be instrumental in establishing a state-of-the-art business development department at Smoobu. Through your leadership and passion, you will empower your team to excel in their interactions with customers and contribute to the success of our organization.
