About e-Domizil:

The e-domizil company group successfully rents out primarily privately owned vacation rentals for more than 25 years. Under the "atraveo by e-domizil" brand we support the hosts of over 40,000 holiday homes in Europe in almost all aspects of the rental process. We offer both hosts and guests comprehensive services that help make the rental process easier and create positive travel experiences. Your future contribution:

We are seeking a highly analytical and conceptual thinking CRM/Performance Marketing Specialist. You will act as a link to the analysis department of our parent company HomeToGo and are mainly responsible for acquiring new partners and implementing new CRM efforts.

How you’ll add value:

• Responsible for CRM efforts via email and other channels as well as performance Marketing efforts, mainly via Social Media Channels.
• Manage implementation of permanent and project-related (web) analytics concepts.
• Focus on ongoing funnel analysis and optimisation of the sign-up process for acquiring new hosts- from the initial contact via our performance channels to the accommodation going live.
• Conduct website performance and visitor behaviour analysis to make recommendations for points of action to the relevant stakeholders.

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

• A degree with an analytical focus and/or professional experience in an analytical role, CRM or performance role in online marketing.
• Experience in using analytics and data tools, such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio with excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and high interest in digital innovations and trends.
• Great teamplayer with willingness to think outside the box.
• High level of proficiency in written and verbal German and English.
