Your mission

Talent management

• Supporting in the hiring process; From intro calls to offer calls
• Conducting cultural fit interviews, setting up job adverts and coordinating the further application process in the teams
• Banxware Ambassador: Ensuring a positive candidate experience & representing our story and vision to the outside world

People Operations

• Support the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Maintaining and managing employee data in our HRIS (Personio)
• Helping with the creation of HR documents such as employment contracts, references, contract amendments, notices of termination and other certificates, as well as preparatory payroll accounting

Company Culture

• Build relationships with your Banxware colleagues and be a trusted contact for people-related topics
• Support projects and initiatives related to our company culture
• Help us bring our company values to life

Your profile

What will make you succeed:

• At least 2 years experience in People Operations
• First contact with German labour law & payroll regulations
• Strong solution orientation with a focus on impact
• Willingness to take on full ownership and drive new initiatives from the start until finalization
• German (native or full professional proficiency), English (fluent)
