We are Tomorrow Biostasis GmbH! A German🇩🇪 tech startup based in Berlin, dedicated to translational and applied research in Biostasis (also known as Cryonics). We are building the first professional and scalable organization in the Biostasis / Human Cryopreservation space with a strong focus on science and medical quality.

We are in pursuit of a stellar open-minded Customer Success Operations Intern that we can build into a Junior Operations Manager. In summary, your mission here will be to provide, test, and validate ideas on operations, products, sales, customer service, etc., while collaborating with the team to achieve our goals.

Tasks

Since Tomorrow Biostasis is a startup, you will have a wide range of tasks that may evolve over time based on the company's needs and your preferences. Some of the tasks you will likely undertake include:

• Mapping & optimizing internal processes for Customer Service, Sales, Operations, etc.
• Assisting the founders in special projects
• Support operational processes (like members' onboarding, answering prospect questions, etc.)
• Ensuring smooth customer success processes with a strong proactive approach

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial spirit (We love people that can self-manage)
• Creative, result-driven, and very open-minded
• Pronounced hands-on mentality, your day-to-day will include a wide(!) range of projects
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable with responsibility (some projects will be entirely your responsibility from start to finish)
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills (German is considered a plus!)
• Excellent computer/tech skills
• Ideally, but not required: Work experience in early-stage, high-innovation companies
• Willingness to relocate to Berlin, Germany / Remote not possible
