Senior SEA Manager (eCommerce)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the (Senior) SEA Manager at expondo, your core responsibility will be to drive and enhance our Google Shopping / Performance Max and Search campaigns, key components in boosting online sales and engagement. You will be in charge of crafting and implementing effective media strategies on these platforms, ensuring they align with our eCommerce goals, and monitoring their performance to meet our internal standards for success.

• Campaign Ownership: Full responsibility for managing Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns, encompassing all stages from conception to implementation and optimization
• Traffic and ROAS Goals: Drive qualified site traffic and work towards achieving ROAS goals in line with company objectives
• Strategy and Analysis: Develop strategies for Search and Shopping Campaigns, including budgeting, forecasting, monitoring growth, and reporting. Conduct frequent measurement and analysis of campaign performance
• Data-Driven Decisions: Make informed business decisions based on data analysis, focusing on optimizing the impact and efficiency of SEA campaigns
• Training: Provide guidance and training to the SEA team, ensuring the team stays abreast of the latest trends and best practices in SEA

WHAT YOU BRING IN

• A minimum of 3-5 years in managing SEA campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (mandatory), SA360, DV360 (optional)
• Advanced skills in Excel for comprehensive data analysis, reporting, and informed decision-making
• Proficiency in feed management tools, essential for effective campaign management in e-commerce
• Capability to design, implement, and analyze SEA strategies and campaigns
• Strong emphasis on using data for strategic planning and operational management of complex paid campaigns
• Proficient in verbal and written communication, crucial for team collaboration and reporting
• Fluent English is a must, knowledge of other European language will be a huge asset
