Your primary activities are…
- Provide ongoing advice on GDPR, ePrivacy, as well as data related regulations to the Group.
- Handle ad-hoc privacy-related questions raised by the businesses in France, Benelux and Germany and other countries in which Domino’s Pizza might have a commercial interest in
- Provide IT, Security and project teams support on privacy implications for new, or changes to, products or services
- Draft and review GDPR documentation and data protection governance
- Provide advice, support and training to business to develop privacy knowledge and accountability across the region
- Negotiate, draft, review and finalise data processing agreements and data transfer agreements
- Prepare updates on changes in applicable EU privacy laws
- Optimise privacy-related contract management
You are an excellent match if you…
- Have 5-7+ years’ experience in EU data protection law (GDPR and ePrivacy)
- Interest in law relating to new technology, privacy, innovation and AI
- Fluent in English with an ease to report into non-German native speakers
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using “OneTrust” Privacy Management Solution. CIPP/E or/and CIP/M certification would be a great advantage
- Communication across different hierarchy levels and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Demonstrate a high level of proactiveness and use of initiative
- Problem-solving and hands-on mentality
- Comfortable with being part of an international as well as local team, understanding of cultural differences
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Background in franchise businesses is a plus
