Hey, we are Primal State - a young, fast-growing health & well aging company from Berlin. Glow25 is now another very successful brand in the Primal family - a collagen company that is setting new standards in the well aging market. We have made it our mission to give people a vital and invigorating start to the day with high-quality nutritional supplements.

This is where we need your support:
As the Country Manager you will have an essential impact on our future development and pull the strings for our market growth in France. You will coordinate and act in the daily operations within the country, achieving optimum business performance ensuring operational compliance & efficiency.
Acquisition & Sales
- Engages in customer view/necessities activities (development of Campaigns & Events)
- Organises strategic goals by gathering pertinent customer centric information (together with the HQ's Internationalisation team)
Customer Support
- Operational monitoring and quality assurance of our Customer Support topics, to ensure a better customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet clients expectations.
- Identify opportunities for account development / repeat business in conjunction with the HQ's Internationalisation team
- Documentation: Manuals and Customer Support knowledge (work flow, pipes, performance & best practices)
Localisation
- Assists in the translation and adaptation of content for the country activities
- Suggests objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes (together with the HQ's Internationalisation team)
- Enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards (local GDPR, legal & compliance)
Team & Cross-department's communication
- Elaborates a Communication channel (to be defined) with HQ's Internationalisation team
- Strong collaboration with different teams.
- Orients & Direct (work transparency & comms) Team toward Glow25's French Goals (granular, Q's and YOY plan - based in the Business Plan and long term goals)
You have the following experience:
- You have 3+ years of experience in business development, market expansion, or similar roles within the startup, consulting or tech industry, with a track record of successfully growing businesses in France.
- Experience in the areas of Brand Management, Marketing, Operations or Retail.
- You are a native and familiar with French culture as well as the French e-commerce landscape and consumer behaviour.
- Proven experience in managing P&L responsibilities, achieving and collaborating for the country's targets, and optimising profitability.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus (ES, IT, PL and others).
