We, Userlutions GmbH, are a leading user experience agency with a SaaS Product called RapidUsertests.

We support our customers in the UX optimization of their websites and user interfaces since 2011 as a bootstrapped company. We have grown to 40 employees and hundreds of renowned companies such as Coca Cola, Porsche, and Amazon have entrusted us with the optimization of their user experience. RapidUsertests enables companies to test their websites, apps, and software for user-friendliness with 30,000 testers as an independent Solution as a Service product.

Aufgaben

The Role:

Our product designer is a problem solver and responsible for our Web App RapidUsertests as well as our (react native) mobile App RapidTester. Product Designer truly shines in simplifying complex systems, designing thoughtful, polished user experiences that are grounded in real-world use cases and business needs. In tight collaboration with our cross-functional product development team, our Product Designer turns high-level concepts into production quality designs – ensuring world-class execution of our vision.

What you’ll do:

• Design and test meaningful and efficient user flows and an omnichannel experience throughout all platforms for testers and customers
• Contribute to strategic decisions in collaboration with our product team
• Turn conceptual ideas into intuitive and elegant interfaces that will excite our users and make their work easier
• Partner with Developers, Product and users to oversee the experience of a conception to launch

Qualifikation

Who we're looking for:

• You have a 3 portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design.
• You are proficient in using Figma, both for creating clean and well-structured prototypes and for design libraries. Therefore you proactively set up and follow design processes and design documentation
• You have the ability to think at a strategic level about our product
• You have a strong track record of interactive design, working closely with customers, peers, product managers, and engineers from inception through implementation
• You have proven experience in working with and setting up design systems
• You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to present concepts clearly and persuasively
• You have experience presenting and earning buy-in from your team and leadership
• You have a relentless desire for innovation, balanced with user needs and business expectations
• You have experience acquiring user data (eg, conducting usability studies, performing user research)
• You are fluent in german, so you can do user interviews with customers and testers easily
