Your future contribution:

• As a Partner Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction and success of our partners through understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and collaborating on projects aimed at enhancing our partners' experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international team which is dedicated to pushing the success of our partners to the next level.

How you’ll add value:

• The focus of the role is to deliver outstanding support to our partners by promptly and effectively troubleshooting and resolving issues via phone or email
• Establish strong, trust-based relationships with HomeToGo’s property managers, serving as their initial point of contact for all their needs
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including Market Managers and Technical Account Managers, to ensure our partners receive best-in-class care
• During your first month, you will:
  • Familiarize yourself with our company, team, and product in detail
  • Learn about the foundation and tools needed to excel and shine in your role
  • Start solving cases for our partners while being supported by fellow team members
• Within the first 2 months, you will support the Partner Relations team to enhance its daily operations, by offering new ideas and suggestions.
• After 6 months in your role, you’ll have the chance to have an increased set of responsibilities, including the ability to participate in different projects and collaborate with other teams to continuously drive our product evolution. In combination, this will pave the way for your personal development and growth at HomeToGo.

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

• You are fluent in German, with proficient English language skills
• You have high quality awareness and strong sense for our partners perspective and needs
• You are an empathetic person with strong communication- and interpersonal skills
• You are proactive, eager to learn and to execute on innovative ideas
• You love working with people and
• You possess a hands-on mentality with a special emphasis to efficient delivery
