HEAD OF SALES (M/F/D)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- You are responsible for nurturing and expanding all national and international sales activities of CHRONEXT, aiming to create unique customer experiences at the highest service level. As the Head of Sales, you will lead, coach, and develop our sales team in accordance with our values and goals to achieve outstanding performance.
- You will design and implement new sales strategies and processes along the customer journey to achieve our revenue and growth objectives while strengthening CHRONEXT's brand presence. Actively contributing to long-term customer retention and recovery concepts is part of your role.
- Establishing a reporting system for sales performance metrics with the goal of continuous improvement to monitor and analyze the success of sales activities will be key. You'll collaborate closely and efficiently with relevant interface teams and report relevant progress and metrics to our managing COO.
YOUR PROFILE - IT'S HOW YOU WORK THAT MATTERS TO US
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, communication, or a related field.
- You have gained relevant professional and leadership experience in sales within the e-commerce/luxury segment, worked with an ERP and/or CRM system, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and set ambitious goals for yourself.
- You are adept at building contacts, possess excellent coaching skills, and present yourself confidently, charmingly, result-oriented, and convincingly in every situation.
- An interest in luxury watches, with knowledge being advantageous, and fluency in German and English is required.
- You enjoy taking the initiative, proactively establishing creative and efficient concepts for an extraordinary and exclusive customer experience.
- Having pronounced coaching abilities, aiming to continuously develop and motivate your team, and ideally possessing expertise in building sales structures with an analytical-conceptual mindset to achieve revenue goals are additional strengths.
