Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex project from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

For our Hamburg headquarters we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d).

Why we need you!

• Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates
• Implement and oversee quality assurance protocols

What you bring!

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management software tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail
• Extensive experience with agile methodologies, specifically in implementing and managing Scrum and or Kanban frameworks
