As a Human Resource Generalist (m/f/d) at DAVID, your mission is to enhance our human resources operations, ensuring a productive work environment that aligns with our company's mission. Your expertise in HR practices and your dedication to supporting our team, on both recruiting and administrative matters, will be instrumental in helping us hit the right notes as we progress in our journey.

Tasks

• Nurturing Employee Relations: As a member of the People & Culture team, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued, and that HR policies and procedures resonate with inclusivity
• Enriching Experiences: Support pivotal HR functions, including smooth recruiting, onboarding and offboarding experiences, and maintaining personnel records.
• Support through HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with ever-changing landscape of labor laws and regulations, supporting the management team to make informed decisions.
• Benefits Administration: Be the conductor of employees' wellbeing by managing employee benefits programs, enrollment, and serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.

Requirements

• HR Expertise: Profound understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor law.
• Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with employees at all levels and convey important HR information.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a healthy stable environment and adapt HR practices to meet evolving needs.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Aptitude to address employee-related challenges creatively and constructively.
