We are building an AI-powered sustainability-tech platform that makes sustainability management easy and available for industrial companies. An all-in-one sustainability software enables companies to analyze, improve and present their journey through simple reporting and sustainability process automation - like an automated sustainability assistant with AI.
In the long term, corporate sustainability is the central theme that will continue to evolve and go beyond reporting and carbon accounting.
Tasks
- You will own the customer relationship after they have signed and develop a deep understanding of their situation
- As we are self-service SaaS solution, your main objective is to be the voice of the customer and provide feedback so that the software can improve
- You will therefore communicate with different stakeholders including product management, design, sustainability and engineering
- You guide customers across their whole sustainability journey
- You analyze customer data and co-develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention together with product management
- You work directly with clients and are the first point of contact for requests and questions
- You own the customer support process making sure that customers receive effective and quick responses
Requirements
- You are business fluent (C2) in German since almost all customer communication is currently in German
- You are fluent in English since we use it for internal communication
- You have at least a few years of work experience in customer success, customer support, consulting or a similar customer-facing field
- You bring great interpersonal skills like good listening, empathy, a collaborative working style and you are open to give and receive feedback
- You value autonomy and thrive in an environment where you organize your own work
- You are interested to solve customer problems with software and technology as a team
- If you have worked in or with small and medium sized manufacturing companies in Germany, it is a big plus
- If you have worked in a B2B SaaS environment, it is a plus
- If you have experience with a customer success/support solution like Intercom, it is a plus
