For the Systems department of the School Group, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic: Systems Maintenance & Support Administrator (m/f/d).

Tasks
Your Main Responsibilities
This is a key role in the St. George's Systems department, with a focus on:
- Providing first-line resolution or diagnosis of incidents and support requests
- Supporting users to make the most of the systems with which they work
- Maintaining existing systems to ensure they function in a stable, secure, reliable and efficient
manner, and that data integrity and quality is maintained
- Manage projects relating to systems implementation and enhancement
Requirements
Your Profile
- A range of technical experience with excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft Office experience
- The ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Experience of supporting schoolsoftware solutions
- Experience of working with support desk managementsoftware
- Strong analytical ability
- Fluent command of written and spoken English
