Aufgaben

🚀 Your mission:

As VC Branding und Event Manager you are responsible for delivering a captivating brand experience to our stakeholders with a particular focus on conceiving, orchestrating and executing events that are relevant for our target audiences and maximize the impact of our brand.

🤓 Your role:

Working closely with our VP of Communications, you will strategically plan, coordinate and execute ways of engaging with our stakeholders, in particular through events and other live formats across our community.

You will own the following tasks with utmost professionalism while paying attention to every detail:

• Translate our mission and core values into unique brand experiences.
• Help craft an overarching engagement strategy and help others in our organization identify opportunities to create engaging formats and help turn them into reality.
• Plan, orchestrate and execute several events per year from start to finish.
• Prepare, manage and be responsible for the annual budget.
• Lead promotional activities for our engagement formats before they take place and ensure we leverage their impact to the fullest.
• Continuously analyze and optimize our events and engagement formats for maximum impact.

Qualifikation

🧩 Your profile:

• You have a good understanding of the VC industry and its various stakeholders, and the issues, themes, and expertise that are relevant for our audience.
• You have excellent organizational skills, can plan an event from start to finish, and you do not leave anything about an event to chance.
• You are a self-starter, able to work independently, and take ownership in a high-intensity environment.
• You are a team player with a strong work ethic, humility, can-do attitude, and a collaborative mindset.
• You are fluent in spoken and written German and English.
