Being a Billing Specialist is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:

Establish a framework for billing operations and put in place the necessary controls to guarantee a seamless end-to-end process.
Guarantee precise revenue recognition.
Review client project setup is accurate and reflects the billing information recorded in the letter of engagement - Billing address, rates, discounts, VAT implications.
Execute write-offs, rate adjustments, narrative modifications, and credit notes as necessary.
Guarantee that the month-end billing/invoicing closing procedure is carried out promptly and accurately.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external auditors on billing and invoicing.
Resolve all billing troubles; collaborate with other teams (Finance, Operations, Sales) to put automated remedies and/or manual controls in place to stop discovered issues.
Supervising billing operations and procedures to make ensuring that account balances are collected, invoiced orders are billed for, and account inconsistencies are investigated.

Your profile

Keep in mind it`s all about our most unique financial tasks, that`s why it is would be great for you to have the following:

Completed (university) studies in the field of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics.
Alternatively: Similar or a comparable qualification (Berufsausbildung).
1-3+ years’ experience in related professional area.
You have knowledge in accounting in accordance with HGB.
Fluent English and German language skills are mandatory. Other languages are an advantage.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Datev and SAP.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
You have the motivation to actively participate and contribute your knowledge.
Independent, structured, careful and responsible way of working.
