Your mission

Being a Service Specialist is an exciting task since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:

• Provide efficient administrative support for the whole service department, including calendar management, file organization, and meeting coordination.
• Responsible for all tools and assessment management in service.
• Responsible for service car management.
• Assist in addressing customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Handle general customer inquiries, providing professional and friendly service.
• Assist service department members in solving daily issues and provide necessary support.
• Track meeting action items to ensure timely execution and reporting.
