Your main duties will be:
- Strategic sourcing and supply chain management for strategic commodity
- Monitoring of the whole purchasing process, from RFQ to final Milestone payment, including also the tracking of delivery
- To track the project Individually and Cross-functionally to support project delivery.
- Price analysis and Contract negotiation for cost down
- Process improvement and change management
- Price analysis and Contract negotiation for cost down
- Build up of standard tooling procurement platform
- Supplier management: sourcing
- Price analysis and Contract negotiation for cost down
- Strategic sourcing for warehousing and logistics services and logistics related insurance
Your profile
- A University degree in Business Administration, Business Management with a technical focus or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Procurement in an international environment, ideally managing mid to large purchasing volume
- Profound Procurement knowledge and negotiation skills in addition to general knowledge of benchmarking , best practice sharing, business cases and contract management
- Good experience in successful relationship management both with external and internal stakeholders
- A good understanding of contract law would be a plus
- Excellent German and English communication and presentation skills (C1 level)
- Willingness to travel
