Your main duties will be:

• Strategic sourcing and supply chain management for strategic commodity
• Monitoring of the whole purchasing process, from RFQ to final Milestone payment, including also the tracking of delivery
• To track the project Individually and Cross-functionally to support project delivery.
• Price analysis and Contract negotiation for cost down
• Process improvement and change management
• Price analysis and Contract negotiation for cost down
• Build up of standard tooling procurement platform
• Supplier management: sourcing
• Price analysis and Contract negotiation for cost down
• Strategic sourcing for warehousing and logistics services and logistics related insurance

Your profile

• A University degree in Business Administration, Business Management with a technical focus or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Procurement in an international environment, ideally managing mid to large purchasing volume
• Profound Procurement knowledge and negotiation skills in addition to general knowledge of benchmarking , best practice sharing, business cases and contract management
• Good experience in successful relationship management both with external and internal stakeholders
• A good understanding of contract law would be a plus
• Excellent German and English communication and presentation skills (C1 level)
• Willingness to travel
