Working Student Legal (d/f/m)

Your challenge:

As our Legal Working Student you will be reporting to an experienced in-house lawyer dedicated to supporting your personal growth and collaborating with the entire Legal and Compliance Team as well as other departments across the business. Together with the team you will work on projects across the business, get valuable insights into the startup environment and gain experience as an in-house lawyer.

Your responsibilities:

• Work on critical projects (developing new services, markets, compliance framework, etc.).
• Research relevant topics in German or foreign jurisdictions, corporate or commercial laws, financial services, or any topic and challenge that may arise.
• Take part in contract negotiations, reviews, and drafting.
• Cross-functional collaboration with several teams across the business in all our markets (Germany, Italy, Spain, and counting).
• Support the business on a wide range of legal or regulatory topics.
• Support the business in compliance work including data protection and data security.

Your profile:

• You are enrolled as a student in the field of (business) law at a German university.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good research skills
• You are able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Fluent in German and English. Italian, Spanish, or French will be a plus.
